We are Iron Hoof Preparedness! Located in Athens TN, we are focusing on enabling the everyday man or woman to be prepared to respond to any situation.
Hello, my name is Heron Davis, and I am the owner of Iron Hoof preparedness. Together with my wife, we are working to bring the best training for the average American family. I am from Athens Tennessee, and I entered the US Navy in 2017 where I became a corpsman. Upon completing EMT and nursing programs in my initial trainings I was then sent to Field Medical Training Battalion to further learn field combat medicine to which after completion was assigned the roll of Fleet Marine Force corpsman where I served for 3 years completing combat trauma management courses, fully integrated into a marine unit, and was the medical specialist for my platoon. This led to hundreds of trainings and several deployments which allowed me to put my skills to the test. After this I transferred to a Labor and Delivery (L&D) ward where I assisted in the birth of an estimated 500 babies. This was a joy and an amazing experience to be able to develop a skill set in delivering babies and also caring for them in a post birth care setting. I then Concluded my 5-year military career in 2022. I moved back home to fabulous Athens Tennessee where I began taking further college courses, started a small farm, and now started a business to help my fellow Americans be more prepared for everything they could encounter. May God bless you and grant us wisdom as we advance in our knowledge and growth together as a community of prepared citizens.
